We provide a comprehensive one stop solution including all design, planning, technical support and building works. We work with you to help you realise your aspirations from start to finish.

Design Phase

• We listen to your needs and fully understand the brief.
• We then discuss and assess if your ideas are deliverable through the planning process.
• We consider all technical issues to ensure cost effective solutions are realised.
• We provide preliminary advice on what can be achieved within your budget.
• We provide initial proposals with visuals, timescales and budget costs of delivery.
• We work through the initial proposals with you and agree preliminary designs.
• Once agreed we complete the initial design process ready for submission.
• We then obtain all statutory and required Approvals dealing with necessary planning applications.
• Once all Consents are in place we then move forward to the implementation stage.

Implementation Phase

• At this point we finalise any specification issues and generate details design proposals.
• We complete the techinal design and provide accurate costings for delivery.
• We will obtain all further Statutory Approvals required within the building process.
• We then implement the plan - on time and to the agreed budget.
