The
first residents to move in to The Edge, the latest development
from award-winning Staffordshire property development company,
Fresh Space, are delighted with their move.
For Martin and Tracy Dorman, who moved into their new home
in Dordon, along with their two daughters, at the beginning
of June, it really is a dream come true. The couple, who have
lived in the Dordon/Polesworth area for 20 years, have always
dreamed of living in Dunns Lane.

Tracy
said ‘We have always walked along Dunns Lane and wanted
to live here. It is so easy to walk in to the village, with
all its amenities, but we are on the edge of the village and
therefore can easily walk our dog and enjoy the open countryside.
We are also still in the catchment area for one of the top
performing secondary schools in the area.’
Martin added ‘As soon as the planning application was
approved last summer, we put our names down for this plot
and we are so pleased to be in our new home one year later.
We always knew we wanted to live here and we are even happier
that each home on this small development is unique. The quality
of the build and finishing touches are fantastic.
‘From the solid white oak internal doors to the Villeroy
& Boch bathroom suites, ours really is a luxury home.’
The development of seven detached family homes and one detached
bungalow is now close to completion and Fresh Space have just
announced that they are to open Plot 2, a four-bedroomed detached
family home, as a viewhome during the weekend of 26-27 July.
