12 February 2008: Location, location, location is proving the secret of success for a new development of family homes in Dordon that has been bucking recent housing market trends since it was announced at the end of 2007.
Enquiry rates have been impressive for the seven detached family homes and one detached bungalow being built by award-winning Staffordshire property development company, Fresh Space. And the New Year has seen a further boost to interest with Tamworth-based estate agents Taylor Cole.
Fresh Space group managing director, Rob Rafferty knew that the development, aptly named The Edge, would be in demand due to its location. He explains:
