Lichfield-based developer Fresh Space is opening the doors of its prestigious apartments at The Oval in Stafford with a public open weekend being held on the 29 and 30 September.
The Oval, located on the Lichfield Road, is the result of the exquisite redevelopment of the town’s former Art College. Most of the stunning 34 one and two-bedroom apartments and duplexes are being opened for viewing.
The open weekend marks the 100th anniversary of the iconic building, giving local homebuyers a once-only opportunity to explore the results of a unique conversion project that has retained many of the original features and architecture of the Edwardian building.
