THE GRASS IS GREENER ON THE HEATH July, 2007

Fresh Space, the Staffordshire-based home developer, has handed over the keys to the final property available on its exclusive development of apartments in Heath Hayes, Cannock.

The Heath, a development of 31 one and two bedroom apartments all finished to a high specification, offered an ideal opportunity for first-time buyers with homes starting from £93,950. In an innovative move by the developer, buyers were able to take advantage of a package tailored to those looking to get onto the property ladder.

The package on offer included furniture and carpets as well as payment of the five per cent deposit, stamp duty, solicitor’s fees and valuation. Tara Martin, Sales and Marketing manager for Fresh Space, was impressed but not surprised by the response they had to the offer.

“Our aim is to build homes that people aspire to. We know that many first-time buyers are stretching themselves financially in order to get their first home. The additional costs can make the difference between being able to afford it or not.

We’ve helped ease that burden and the response we had was amazing – from both first-time buyers and others looking to move into stylish new homes.”

Ideally located on the edge of Cannock Chase and within easy travelling distance of the M6 and A5, The Heath has proved popular with local people and those looking to commute.

Audrey Goodsir, purchaser of the final property in the development is thrilled with her new home and looking forward to moving into it. She comments:

“We are delighted with our new apartment on the Heath. Its prime location, close to commuter links to Cannock and Burntwood, is an added bonus. The service provided by Fresh Space was both professional and efficient. The team were most helpful throughout the whole process and ensured that the transaction went through smoothly without any hitches. They made the usual headache of moving house a stress-free experience.”

Fresh Space currently has exciting developments in Stafford and Baswich offering a choice of town-centre apartment living or family homes and barn conversions in a rural setting. The developer has upcoming developments across Staffordshire.
