Stamp Duty and Legal Packages
• On certain properties Fresh Space will assist purchasers with stamp duty and legal fees providing that the customer is prepared to use one of the legal representatives noted on our approved list of companies.

Cash Back and Discount Structures
• Please ask about of our available discount and cash back offers which are updated weekly. Under our discount structures we can sometimes help you by paying the deposit required under the terms of your mortgage.

The Open Market Home Buy Scheme
• This government led initiative provides an unbelievable opportunity to get on or back into the property market. Essentially with the help of our financial advisors and a Home Buy agent we can, on selected units and subject to criteria, obtain an interest free equity loan of 17.5% of the purchase price which has no fixed term for repayment nor does it bear any rental costs or ongoing payments. It is a completely free loan that is not repaid until you sell the property unless you choose to repay it early.

Part Exchange
• We offer a complete Part Exchange service that not only handles the sale of your own property but also takes care of all the associated costs which will include agents fees, legal fees, HIP reports and other incidental costs.

Assisted Sale
• Similar to the Part Exchange scheme but with subtle differences which enables us to maximise the real potential in your existing property.

Chain Breaker
• The Chain Break scheme is essentially a Part Exchange within the chain and this can help to get you moving. If you have someone interested in buying you property but they have not yet sold then provide us with details and we will make a swift decision as to whether we will buy their property to break the chain and get you moving.

Mortgage Subsidy
• We will, on certain properties, put aside an amount of money which can be drawn down monthly to support your mortgage payments.

Buy Today Scheme
• This exciting scheme is only available to first time buyers and key workers and it essentially means that Fresh Space will reduce the purchase price of your chosen property by 12.5% and Fresh Space will retain this equity position which is completely interest and rent free for a period of five years.

Finish it Yourself Package
• For those more adventurous purchasers, Fresh Space will allow you to purchase and complete on any of our properties at any build stage thereby enabling you to reduce the cost of the property and complete the unit to your own taste.

Private School Package
• We recognise that some of our family homes you may wish to consider alternative education for your children. Some of our family homes will be offered with a free place, subject approval, for one child at Chase Academy which is an excellent local independent school.

Optional Extras
• We offer a wide range of flooring, window dressing and furnishings along with intelligent wiring packages. If you would like to vary or bespoke a Fresh Space home then we would consider this although conditions will apply.

Investor Packages
• We do occasionally offer investor packages and we can assist you with the fittings and furnishing of your investment property along with the rental and management of each unit.
